Mid month real estate statistics out for Toronto Region including the Region of Durham Real Estate Board
As of April 17th, 2020 here’s the Market update: COVID19 Version
We’ve pulled the data and wanted to share what was happening in Durham Region Real Estate market.
In the category of single-family-detached homes there were:
– 383 new listings homes: (-59.5% ) *down from last April (2019)
– 138 homes sold: (-56.5%)
– Median (Avg) Sales Price: $660,731 (-1.9%)
You will see there is overall less activity in the market, but it remains strong. It may not be the time for everyone to be in the market, but for some it is.
