As the cold weather hits us and we begin to bundle up indoors, we are lucky that our region comes to life with activities. However you choose to celebrate the holidays, the Durham Region has a lot of variety in store. From Christmas festivities, lots of lights, concerts and pop-up markets, there is something for everyone in the region to enjoy.
Some of our favorite local activities take place as the weather gets cold – we love bundling up with our friends and family and exploring the beauty of the winter season. Here is a list of some of the activities you can enjoy this winter before the New Year comes.
We will continue to update this list as we hear about new event listings.
